Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Postiada website and service. By creating an account, subscribing, or using the service, you agree to them. Please read them — they set out what Postiada does, what it does not do, how billing works, and how each of us can end the agreement.
1. Who you are contracting with
Postiada is provided by Travelpedia Travel Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17299925, registered office Unit 501 Leroy House, 434-436 Essex Road, London N1 3FY, United Kingdom (“Postiada”, “we”, “us”). “You” means the business or person subscribing to the service. Postiada is a business-to-business service; by subscribing you confirm that you are acting in the course of a business.
2. The service
Postiada connects to a WordPress website you control and, on a schedule you choose, researches topics from your website, your products and the questions your customers ask (and, if you connect it, your Google Search Console data), writes articles from the verified facts you provide, checks them against a quality gate, publishes them to your website, and produces Instagram and Facebook posts from them through Meta’s official interfaces. A browser workspace shows what was published, what was held back and why, and search performance per article.
What the service does not include today: websites other than WordPress; social networks other than Instagram and Facebook; video; articles in languages other than English; per-article approval for blog posts (a whole site can be kept in preview mode; social posts can be individually approved); Instagram or Facebook engagement analytics. We describe the current scope on the Product page and will not charge you for features that do not exist.
3. Your account and what you need to provide
- A WordPress website that you own or are authorised to manage, and an application password created for Postiada under a user with Editor rights. You may revoke it at any time; doing so stops the service for that site.
- If you use social publishing, a Facebook Page linked to an Instagram professional account that you are authorised to manage. Read access to the Google Search Console property for the website is optional.
- Accurate business facts (prices, durations, hours, policies). Postiada writes numbers only from this information. You are responsible for keeping it correct and telling us when it changes.
- Compliance with Google’s and Meta’s terms for the accounts you connect, and with the laws that apply to your business and your content.
4. Preview mode, approval and your responsibility for published content
Every new site starts in preview mode: content is generated and shown to you, nothing is published. You decide when to switch a site live, and you can switch it back at any time. Once live, articles publish automatically on the days you set; social posts can be set to wait for your approval. Postiada applies automated checks before publishing, but automated checks are not a substitute for your judgement about your own business. You are the publisher of the content on your website and accounts and are responsible for it, including its accuracy, legality and suitability for your audience. Review the output regularly, especially in the first weeks.
5. AI-generated content
Postiada uses artificial-intelligence models to write text, select and check photographs and, as a last resort, generate images. AI output can contain errors. Our quality gate reduces this risk — for example by rejecting any number that is not in your verified facts — but it cannot eliminate it. We make no promise about search rankings, traffic, impressions, clicks, citations, followers or revenue; the illustrative figures on our website are examples of a pattern, not a forecast. Photographs are taken from your own media library, from stock libraries under their licences, or generated; you must not use the service to reproduce third-party content you have no right to use.
6. Ownership
You own the content Postiada publishes to your website and accounts, and the facts and materials you provide. You grant us the licence we need to process them to provide the service. We own the Postiada software, its layouts, checks, workspace and documentation. Nothing in these terms transfers our intellectual property to you or yours to us.
7. Fees, billing and renewal
- The price is €19 per website per month, or €190 per website per year, as shown on the Pricing page at the time you subscribe. Prices exclude VAT where applicable; VAT is added at checkout according to your billing country.
- Payment is by card through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
- If a payment fails we will retry and notify you; if it still fails after 14 days we may suspend publishing until payment is made.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email; a change applies from your next renewal after the notice period. If you do not accept it, cancel before that renewal.
8. Free cancellation within 3 days, and cancellation after
- 3-day free cancellation. If you cancel within 72 hours of your first payment, we refund that payment in full, no questions asked. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and normally appear within 5–10 business days.
- After 3 days you can cancel at any time from your workspace or by emailing info@postiada.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then, and no further payments are taken. Payments already made for the current period are not refunded except where the law requires it.
- Everything already published stays on your website and accounts after cancellation. We delete your account data 30 days after the subscription ends (see our Privacy Policy).
9. Acceptable use
You must not use Postiada to publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, infringing, or that violates Google’s or Meta’s policies; to connect websites or accounts you are not authorised to manage; to attempt to access other customers’ data; or to reverse-engineer or resell the service. We may suspend or terminate the service for breach of this section, after notice where practical.
10. Availability, changes and support
We aim to run the service reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Publishing depends on third-party services (your hosting, Google, Meta, AI providers); when one of them is unavailable, the affected run stops and nothing half-finished is published. We may improve or change features; if a change materially reduces the service you pay for, you may cancel and we will refund the unused part of any prepaid period. Support is provided by email at info@postiada.com on business days.
11. Term and termination
These terms apply from the moment you start using the service and continue until your subscription ends. Either party may end the agreement at any time: you by cancelling (section 8), we by giving 30 days’ notice or immediately for a material breach. On termination, we stop publishing and revoke our access to your accounts; sections 5, 6, 12 and 13 survive.
12. Warranties and limitation of liability
The service is provided with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated in these terms, it is provided “as is” without other warranties, including any warranty of results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, or for content decisions taken by you or on your behalf, and our total liability arising out of or in connection with the service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
13. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from content you instructed us to publish or facts you provided, from your breach of these terms, or from your breach of Google’s or Meta’s terms in respect of the accounts you connected.
14. Data protection
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf as part of the service, we do so on your instructions as set out in these terms and the Privacy Policy, which together form our data processing terms.
15. General
These terms are the entire agreement between us regarding the service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect, and continued use after that date is acceptance. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them to a successor of our business. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have where you live.
