How it works

From setup to a weekly rhythm in about a week.

Setup is a short, guided process. After that, Postiada runs on a schedule you choose and tells you what it did.

Before you start

What you need.

A WordPress site

Any hosting. Rank Math is recommended so the FAQ in each article carries FAQPage schema. You will create an application password for a user with Editor rights.

Google Search Console optional

If you grant read-only access, topics can also come from the queries you already appear for, and you see impressions and clicks per article. Without it, Postiada works from a scan of your site, your products and the questions your customers ask.

For social posts

A Facebook Page linked to an Instagram professional account. Blog-only is fine too — you can add social later.

Setup

Four steps, done together.

You do the setup yourself in the panel, step by step, right after you pay. It is the only time you need to be involved.

  1. 1

    Connect your site

You create an application password; Postiada connects and reads your categories, author and sitemap by itself. Nothing is published at this stage.

  2. 2

    Record your facts

Prices, durations, opening hours, policies, distances — whatever your customers ask about. This becomes your verified facts file. Every number Postiada ever writes comes from here, which is why it takes a little care to fill in.

  3. 3

Set the voice and the rhythm

Who your readers are, how you speak to them, which days you publish and how many articles a week. Your first topic scan runs the following Monday.

  4. 4

    Preview, then go live

Your site starts in preview mode: articles and posts are written and shown in your workspace, nothing is published. When you are happy, one switch takes it live. You can keep an approval step on for social posts.

After that

A typical week.

Monday, earlyTopic scan: your site and product pages, your customers' questions — plus Search Console queries when connected → scored → added to your topic pool.
Publishing day, 09:00Article written → quality gate → SEO/AEO/GEO score → featured photo chosen and checked → published to WordPress.
Same morningPost designed from the article in the next layout of the rotation → photo check → Instagram and Facebook (or waits for your approval).
WeeklyIf Search Console is connected: per-article impressions, clicks and position refreshed (Google reports with a three-day delay; a new article typically starts showing data after about a week).
Any timeOpen the workspace to see what went out, what was held back and why, or to add a topic yourself.
When something fails

It stops, and it tells you why.

Automation you can trust is automation that knows when not to act.

An article fails the gate

Below the score threshold it is regenerated up to three times and the best version is kept. A hard failure — unverified number, broken link, too few internal links — holds it back, and the reason is shown in your workspace.

No photo passes the check

The post is skipped rather than published with the wrong image. The article still publishes with the best available featured image.

Your site or an API is unreachable

The run stops, nothing half-finished is published, and the overview shows a red strip until the next successful run.
