Everything Postiada does — and what it refuses to do.

One engine, three jobs: it writes articles for your WordPress site, turns each one into Instagram and Facebook posts, and keeps the weekly rhythm going on its own. This page is the full specification, including the limits.

1 · Blog articles

Long-form articles built to be found.

Every article follows the same specification, and the specification is enforced by a quality gate before publishing — not by a checklist you have to remember.

  • 1,100–2,200 words with a clean H2/H3 hierarchy.
  • A real FAQ — at least five questions — marked up as FAQPage schema through Rank Math.
  • 3–8 internal links to your own pages, and at least one official source.
  • A list or a table in every article — the structured parts answer engines quote.
  • Numbers only from your facts file. A price, duration or date that is not verified is not written.
  • A real photo as featured image: your media library first, licensed free stock second, AI imagery last.
How a topic is chosen

Every Monday Postiada builds a candidate list — from a scan of your site and products, the questions your customers ask, and, if you connect it, the queries Google Search Console says you already appear for — and scores each candidate:

Buying intent35%
Search demand30%
Fit with your products20%
Content gap on your site15%

Search demand comes from Search Console when it is connected; otherwise from how often the question appears on your site, in your FAQs and in your customers' messages. Topics below the threshold wait; topics that would compete with an existing article are rejected as keyword cannibalisation.

2 · Quality gate

Twenty-two checks. One decision: publish or hold.

Each draft is scored out of 100 for SEO, AEO and GEO. Below the threshold it is regenerated up to three times and the best version wins. But some failures are not about the score — they stop publication outright.

Hard stops — the article is held back

  • A number that is not in your verified facts
  • No official source cited
  • Fewer than three internal links
  • A broken link anywhere in the text
  • Banned filler phrases ("hidden gem", "nestled in the heart of", "delve into", "prices vary"…)
  • Same target keyword as an existing article
  • A commercial link in the introduction

Scored — drives regeneration

  • SEO (40 points) — keyword placement and density, title and meta lengths, slug, heading structure, image alt text
  • AEO (30 points) — FAQ presence and schema, direct-answer paragraphs, lists and tables
  • GEO (30 points) — specificity, sourcing, entity clarity, absence of vague filler
What "held back" looks like: the reason appears in your workspace next to the draft — for example "SEO 85 · rejected: 1 internal link (minimum 3)". Nothing is silently dropped.
3 · Social posts

Designed from the article, not from a template.

Each article produces an Instagram and Facebook post: single frames and three-frame carousels, laid out in one of ten designs that rotate in a fixed order so your feed never repeats itself.

  • Ten layouts: magazine cover, highlight block, map frame, grid collage, quote, comparison, colour field, index, rules card, polaroid.
  • Your brand colour from your site; every other tone is computed and contrast-checked (WCAG 4.5:1 or better).
  • Open-licence typography — Playfair Display, Oswald, Archivo — so nothing depends on a font licence you do not hold.
  • Every frame photo-checked before use: subject actually in frame, sharp, not upscaled, right place, no watermark, no one facing away.
  • If no frame passes, the post is skipped. A missing post is better than a wrong one.
  • Optional approval: keep articles and posts waiting for your Publish, and read the full draft first.

4 · Your workspace

See everything. Touch only what you want to.

A browser workspace shows what went out, what was held back and why, and what is coming next. Most weeks you will not need to open it.

OverviewSystem health at a glance; a red or amber strip if something needs you.
CalendarWhich article on which day; fill empty days yourself if you like.
TopicsThe topic pool and this week's candidates — approve or reject.
SocialUpcoming posts; approve and edit text when approval mode is on.
PublishedEvery article with its date and SEO score.
AnalyticsImpressions, clicks and position per article — when Search Console is connected.
Quality gateWhat was held back, and the exact reason.
SitesPublishing schedule, preview / live switch, add another site.
5 · Access & control

Minimal access, reversible at any moment.

  • A WordPress application password, not your login. You create it, you can revoke it from your profile in one click.
  • Optional: read access to Google Search Console for your property, granted to a service account you can remove. Improves topic choice and unlocks search figures per article.
  • Preview mode by default. New sites write and show; they publish nothing until you switch them live.
  • Everything lands on your side — articles and media in your WordPress, posts on your accounts. Cancel and it all stays.
  • 3-day free cancellation. Not for you? Cancel within the first three days for a full refund.
What Postiada does not do today
  • Sites that are not WordPress
  • Social networks other than Instagram and Facebook (no LinkedIn, X, TikTok)
  • Video or Reels
  • Articles in languages other than English, or translations for new sites
  • Instagram and Facebook engagement metrics — only search performance is tracked

We would rather you know this before you pay than after.

Roadmap

What is being built next.

Planned, in this order, with no dates attached. Nothing on this list is sold until it ships; when it does, it appears above and disappears from here.

PlannedWeekly report e-mailWhat was published, what was held back and why, and what is coming next week — without opening the workspace.
PlannedLinkedIn postsA LinkedIn company-page post derived from each article, for businesses whose customers are not on Instagram. Needs LinkedIn's API approval.
PlannedTranslations for new sitesPublishing each article in additional languages. Works on our own sites today, but depends on a site-specific setup that is not yet portable.
Being evaluatedShort videoSlide-based Reels built from the same photo-checked frames as the posts. Only if the quality holds; no footage is invented.
