Getting started
Can I try it before committing?
Yes. Every new site starts in preview mode, so you see real articles and posts before anything is published. And if Postiada is not for you, cancel within the first 3 days for a full refund.
What do I need to have ready?
A WordPress site (Rank Math recommended) and — for social posts — a Facebook Page linked to an Instagram professional account. Google Search Console access is optional: it improves topic choice and unlocks per-article search figures, but Postiada works without it. You enter your verified facts yourself in the panel, and you can edit them at any time.
How long does setup take?
The connection takes minutes. Recording your facts and voice takes one call. Your first topic scan runs on the following Monday, and the first articles appear in preview shortly after.
Which platforms does Postiada work with?
Blogs on WordPress, connected through an application password. Social posts go to Instagram and Facebook through Meta's official API. Other website platforms and other social networks are not supported today.
Does it work for any industry?
Yes. The engine writes from your verified facts and from what is on your own site, whatever you sell. Its first customers were travel businesses, which is why the examples on this site come from that world.
Content quality
Does it make up facts, prices or statistics?
No. Numbers are taken only from the facts file you verify during setup. Any figure that cannot be traced to it is treated as an error and the article is held back rather than published. Every article also cites at least one official source.
What does "SEO, AEO and GEO-ready" mean?
SEO: the fundamentals that rank in Google search — keywords, headings, meta, internal links. AEO: the structure that gets picked for direct answers — a real FAQ with schema, lists, tables. GEO: the specificity and sourcing that AI assistants quote. Each article is scored on all three before it is published.
What happens when an article fails the quality gate?
If the score is below the threshold, the article is rewritten up to three times and the best version is kept. If it breaks a hard rule — an unverified number, a broken link, too few internal links — it is not published at all, and the reason is shown in your workspace.
Will the articles sound like AI?
A banned-phrase list removes the usual filler ("in today's fast-paced world", "hidden gem", "delve into"…), the text is built from your specific facts, and you set the voice during setup. Concrete beats generic, and the gate enforces concrete.
Where do the photos come from?
First from your own WordPress media library, then from free stock libraries under their licences with attribution recorded, and only if nothing suitable exists from AI image generation. Each candidate photo is checked for subject, sharpness and location before it is used.
Which languages can it publish in?
Articles are written in English. Publishing translations is not available for new sites yet.
Social posts
What do the posts look like?
Each article becomes a single frame or a three-frame carousel in one of ten layouts — magazine cover, highlight block, map frame, grid collage, quote, comparison, colour field, index, rules card, polaroid — in your brand colour. Layouts rotate in a fixed order. See real examples on the home page.
Can I approve or edit content before it goes out?
Yes. Turn on approval mode and every article and every post waits for your Publish; you can read the full draft and edit the text before releasing it. Topics appear on your calendar two weeks ahead, so you can drop one before it is written.
Which accounts do I need?
A Facebook Page linked to an Instagram professional (business or creator) account. Posts go through Meta's official API — no third-party scheduler.
Do you track likes and reach?
Not today. When Search Console is connected, Postiada tracks search performance per article (impressions, clicks, position). Instagram and Facebook engagement metrics are not collected.
Data & control
Do you store my passwords?
Postiada never asks for your WordPress login. It uses a separate application password that you create for it and can revoke at any moment from your WordPress profile, without changing anything else.
Who owns the content?
You do. Everything is published directly on your WordPress and your own social accounts. If you cancel, all of it stays.
Can I pause publishing?
Yes — switch the site back to preview mode at any time. Articles keep being written and shown in your workspace, nothing is published until you switch it live again.
Can I add my own topics?
Yes. Add a topic in your workspace and it is written on the next publishing day, ahead of the automatic queue.
Billing
How much does it cost?
€19 a month or €190 a year per website, everything included. Cancel any time; within the first 3 days, cancel for a full refund.
Is there a setup fee or a contract?
No setup fee and no minimum term. The subscription runs month to month (or year to year) and does not renew after you cancel.
How soon can I start?
Straight away. Your panel opens as soon as the payment goes through and a one-time sign-in link lands in your inbox, so there is nothing to book and no waiting list. Nothing is published until you start it yourself.
